At CARDUNO, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATION

CARDUNO currently ships orders to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

We do not currently ship internationally.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

3. DELIVERY TIME

After your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery time is:

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. SHIPPING COST

Free standard shipping is currently available on orders shipped within the United Kingdom.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. ORDER TRACKING

When tracking information is available, we will provide it to you by email after your order has been dispatched.

You can use the tracking information provided to follow the progress of your delivery.

6. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your order.

CARDUNO is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@CARDUNO.store.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

7. LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order appears to be delayed or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at contact@CARDUNO.store.

We will review the tracking information and assist you with the next steps.

8. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@CARDUNO.store.

Please provide your order number and photographs of the package and the items received so that we can investigate the issue.
