REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At CARDUNO, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible to return it in accordance with this Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

- Be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Be returned with its original packaging, where applicable.
- Include the original order details or proof of purchase.

For trading cards and collectible products, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

- The product you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective

Please do not send a return to our address before receiving return instructions from CARDUNO.

RETURN SHIPPING

For returns due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or other reasons not caused by CARDUNO, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us before returning it.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to make the refund available.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@CARDUNO.store.

Please provide your order number and photos of the item and packaging so that we can review the issue.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Products that have been opened, used, damaged, altered, or tampered with after delivery may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
